My Como practice features two counselling rooms and a private waiting area, all thoughtfully designed to provide clients with a sense of warmth, comfort, safety, and professionalism. I use one of the rooms, while the other, a beautifully furnished, air-conditioned space filled with natural light, is available for rent. Recently refurbished with new carpet, furnishings, and fresh paint, the room offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It's ideal for psychologists, counsellors, therapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals.

Located on the ground floor of a contemporary, well-maintained building, the office offers easy access, with ample free visitor parking bays and a dedicated parking space for clinicians. It's just minutes from the CBD, with convenient freeway access to both northern and southern corridors. Tenants also have access to clean, modern communal toilets and a kitchenette.

Current Availability:

• Tuesday: Half day (8 am to 1 pm)

• Friday: Half day (2 pm to 8 pm)

Pricing:

• Full day: $110 + GST

• Half day: $70 + GST

• Hourly: $25 + GST

The above rates include all outgoings, such as water, electricity, cleaning, and Wi-Fi. A minimum commitment of one full day, two half-days, or a total of eight hours, along with a 6- or 12-month rental agreement, is required. Tenants must hold their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
